Benjamin Glenn is a nationally recognized innovation strategist, speaker, and founder of AMOI, based in Silicon Valley.
For more than three decades, he has worked at the intersection of technology, regulation, and commercial innovation—helping entrepreneurs, enterprises, and institutional leaders build and sustain competitive advantage through transformational innovation
Benjamin’s work focuses on moving innovators beyond incremental progress toward system-level transformation—aligning technology, regulatory strategy, and market realities.
A Multidisciplinary Foundation
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and served as an engineering officer in the U.S. Navy, including assignments in San Diego, Key West, and Washington, D.C. His military career spanned a range of joint force mission activities including Seals, Recon Marines, Navy and Marine Aviation, the Army, Coast Guard and DEA.
He later earned his law degree from Santa Clara University and practices as a Silicon Valley patent attorney, advising clients on strategic innovation, product development, and commercialization across a wide range of industries.
This combination of engineering, legal, military, and innovation experience provides Benjamin with a rare ability to see the full innovation systems from ideas to scale.
